1. Agreement to Terms

By requesting an estimate or opting into communications via Capio, operated by Braxton Amoruso ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Program Description: When you request an estimate from a contractor using Capio, you consent to receive SMS text notifications regarding your project quote, scheduling availability, and customer service follow-ups.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on project status and inquiries. Typically 2 to 4 messages per estimate request.
Pricing & Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.

Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
